All over 18's will need to complete a Waiver- General Form of Disclaimer.

Any participants aged under 18 years old must have a Waiver- General Form of Disclaimer completed by an authorised adult.

PLEASE NOTE: Green circles show when the activity is running, please click on the green circle to check availability for the session.

What you need to know:

You must provide all of the required details of the participants at the time of booking, amendments can be made to your booking by emailing us with the updated details, you will need to provide your booking reference number in order to make any changes.

This is a one and a half hour session of outdoor exercise hiring one of our Stand Up Paddle Boards which is suitable for minimum age 12yrs - adult.  Maximum participant weight limit 120kg or 18 stone.


Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your session to get your kit ready and sign in. 

The changing rooms are fully open.

What you need to bring (appropriate for the time of year):

Clothes to wear on the water such as jogging trousers and a sweatshirt
Spare change of clothes
Old trainers or wetsuit shoes to wear on the water
Own wetsuit or waterproofs
Warm hat / sun hat
Sun cream
Towel
