RYA Learn to Wingsurf
What you need to know:
This is a three hour Instructor led introduction session to Wing Surf which will give you the basics to get started.
Part of the session will be onshore with a introduction to the wing and basic flying techniques.
Once afloat the session will start kneeling allowing you to work on getting the wing flying and a basic turn before progressing onto standing.
This is suitable for 18+ years. Maximum participant weight limit 120kg or 18 stone.
Changing rooms are fully open.
No previous experience of Wing Surfing is required.
What you need to bring: (appropriate for the time of year)
- Clothes for on the water such as jogging trousers and sweatshirt
• Spare change of clothes
• Old trainers / wetsuit boots to wear on the water
• Waterproofs/ own wetsuit
• Warm hat/sun hat
• Sun cream
• Towel
